6.Solution Features

  1. VB VFD uses DC braking to decelerate and stop. When the running frequency is 30HZ, the VFD feeds DC (30%) into the stator winding of the asynchronous motor to stop the motor quickly.

  2. VB VFD adopts terminal start and stop option. Using the sign that the printing device has started up as the start signal for the paper feeder can improve the finished product efficiency of the printing machinery.

  3. The VB VFD is equipped with a standard RS485 port. Through the MODBUS communication protocol, data can be uploaded to the PLC. The data can be converted by the PLC to control the printing machinery, which can contribute to the linkage between the paper feeder and the printing machinery.
