Wecon Overseas Sales Center Officially Established

Recently, Wecon Overseas Sales Department has reached a significant milestone with the official establishment of the Overseas Sales Center, opening a new chapter in its overseas business. 

It has been transformed into a more comprehensive and dynamic center, signifying a strategic leap forward in WECON's pursuit of global market expansion. 


The newly established Overseas Sales Center consists of four key departments:  

  • Overseas Sales Dept. 1 focuses on sales in non-Southeast Asian regions

  • Overseas Sales Dept. 2 targets the Southeast Asian market

  • Overseas Product Department is responsible for technical support of products, training system construction and application technology promotion

  • Overseas Marketing Department takes charge of overseas brand promotion, sales channel management, and order processing.

This structure is finely optimized based on job characteristics, with clear objectives to comprehensively serve performance growth, customer needs, and employee development, creating broader development space for employees and helping each department build core competitiveness to enhance WECON's overall strength in the global market.    

During the ceremony, Wecon general manager Mr. Wang remarked that since the establishment of WECON in 2009, it has been constantly undergoing changes. Change is the only unchanging truth. Therefore, the establishment of the Wecon Overseas Sales Center is inevitable and represents an active choice made by Wecon to adapt to the new environment.

WECON's Overseas Sales Center Director Mr. Ding set strict requirements for himself at the ceremony, including fully trusting the team, reasonable authorization, strict self-discipline, and leaving room for the team's innovative trial and error while preventing repeated mistakes.

For the members, Director Ding expects everyone to maintain curiosity and passion for the business. He called upon them to adopt an international outlook, rooted in Fuzhou but with a global vision and to intertwine Wecon's growth with broader national trends. 

Above all, he emphasized the significance of prioritizing user experience and working towards the success of customers, understanding that the company's fortunes are intrinsically linked to those of its clients.
